For Hygiene and safety reason, all Vela Beauty products are final sale. We do not accept returns,exchanges or Refunds for change of mind, shade preference, skin sensitivity or opened/used products. If your order arrives incorrect, please contact us through our contact page within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
